Our Story

Storybook Burlesque was formed in the summer of 2009 by seven of New York burlesque’s rising stars. Its mission: to produce literary burlesque inspired by a variety of storybooks, from Tabloid Magazines to the Bible, Greek Myths to Mother Goose.
